Refund Policy

Our commitment to customer satisfaction and fair refund practices.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Billing Errors: If you've been incorrectly charged or billed for services you didn't purchase or charged doubled.
  • Subscription Cancellation: If you cancel your subscription within the first 7 days of your initial purchase and did not use any AI Credits (applies to new customers only).

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Send an email to support@poweraitools.net with the subject line "Refund Request".
  2. Provide Information: Include your account email, date of purchase, and the reason for requesting a refund.
  3. Review Process: Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days.
  4. Decision Notification: You will receive an email notification regarding the status of your refund request.
  5. Refund Processing: If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following purchases are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscriptions that have been active for more than 7 days
  • AI credits have been used
  • One-time purchases after 24 hours of purchase
  • Services that have been fully delivered or consumed
  • Purchases made using promotional credits or gift cards

4. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. When you cancel:

  • You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
  • Your subscription will not renew automatically after the current billing period ends.
  • No partial refunds are provided for the unused portion of your current billing period, except as specified in our eligibility criteria.

Note: To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, please cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.

5. Special Circumstances

We understand that special circumstances may arise. If you believe you're entitled to a refund outside of our standard policy, please contact our support team with details of your situation. We review these requests on a case-by-case basis.

In cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of our Terms of Service, we reserve the right to deny refund requests.
